Ian McBain Jnr
Rent to Rent Expert, Trainer and Mentor
Ian decided that HMOs were the best investing strategy for him after realising that his gold-plated public sector pension wasn't so attractive after all - knowing he had to work to 67 to get it!
After getting started, he quickly ran out of money. Using creative strategies such as rent-to-rent, lease options and other people's money, he now has a multi-million pound portfolio. Together with Wendy he helps others achieve fast results in HMOs.
Ian lives in Southend-on-Sea with his wife and daughter.
